The 2016 PMA Foodservice Conference will take place July 29 – 31, with the expo taking place on Sunday, July 31. Reminder: the event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Monterey, while the conference center undergoes renovations.
Make note of these important dates:
- Hotel reservations, badge registration, and the on-line directory open on March 10, 2016
- The service kit will be available in mid-April
- The last day to receive a refund for booth cancellations is May 31, 2016
- Shipping and set up times are available now in the Exhibitor Schedule
- Sales for 2017 booths will open on August 4, 2016
Hotel reservations will once again be managed by Expovision, our OFFICIAL housing vendor. If you book your hotel rooms through any other source, PMA cannot guarantee the legitimacy of their claims. Previous exhibitors have fallen prey to housing scams causing them to lose money and be without hotel rooms at the event.
Be sure to review our Exhibitor Warnings throughout the year. If you are contacted by any other companies to book your rooms, please check with PMA first to determine if the company is legitimate.
