6 PR Tips for a Successful Show

There is an excellent representation of media from across the supply chain registered for the conference! Here are some ways you can leverage the media list to boost your promotional efforts and drive buyers to your booth:

  • Announce new products or services, new hires, or booth contests and sweepstakes – upload up to 5 press releases through the digital press room.
  • Find and connect with registered media on social media outlets so they can get to know your company and “listen” for your news in advance of show. Use #PMAFSC in all of your posts to be part of the conversation.
  • Reach out to the media attending Foodservice Conference to arrange interviews to get on journalists’ schedules early.
  • Extend media invitations to your booth
  • Review the marketing tool box for access to the attendee list, tips to help you stand out on the show floor, and more.
