July 10, 2018 is the deadline to order many of the items and services you will need in your booth. After this deadline, vendors may increase their prices or some items/services may no longer be available. Use the approved vendor list to place orders for everything you will need.
Please remember, if a company is not on the approved vendor list, PMA cannot guarantee the legitimacy of their claims. Some exhibitors have been contacted by vendors who are not actually on our official list. If you are contacted by an outside vendor, please check with the expo team before placing an order.
